Beth DeLaRosby


Head Women's Coach - Carthage College


Named by Swimming World Magazine as one of the nation’s rising coaching talents, Carthage women’s coach BETH DE LA ROSBY has led the Lady Reds to three top-10 finishes at the NCAA Championships. Beth was an All-American sprinter at Gustavus Adolphus, and is an in- demand clinician throughout the country. 

Shea Davisson


Head Women's Coach - DePauw University

Shea is in her second year as the DePauw head women's swimming and diving coach and aquatics director.

Prior  to DePauw, Davisson served as Olivet College’s head men's and women's  swimming and diving coach from June 2014-August 2016. Along with her  coaching duties at Olivet, she instructed a semester-long motor learning  and control course as well as lifeguard training courses.

Prior to that, she was assistant men's and women's swimming coach at Southwestern (Texas) University for three years.

A  2008 graduate of The College of Wooster, Davisson earned a Bachelor of  Arts in psychology. She was a four-year varsity letter winner for the  Fighting Scots. Upon graduation, Davisson was the assistant swimming  coach at Moon Valley Aquatic club in Phoenix, Ariz.

The  West Lafayette, Ind., native then earned a Master of Science degree in  kinesiology with a focus in sports psychology and motor behavior from  the University of Tennessee.

Davisson works as a camp counselor at Longhorn Swim Camp and Collegeswimming Camp during her summers.

Jacob Beach



Assistant Coach - Ohio Wesleyan

Jacob Beach is in his second season as an assistant swimming coach  at Ohio Wesleyan.  

Beach returned to Ohio Wesleyan after serving as an assistant coach at Olivet College during the 2015-16 season.  

He also has coaching experience as masters swim coach at LifeTime Fitness in Dublin, Ohio, and as an assistant coach with the Delaware Ohio Racing Club, and served as assistant manager and lifeguard for the city pool system in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.  

Beach is a 2014 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan.  He was a 4-year letterman for the Battling Bishop men's swimming team.  

He is a native of Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
